Our first residential new build development was a fantastic project to work on. The properties, all carefully designed with the best interests of the clients in mind, really do look brilliant in their gated close. We were lucky enough to have Scott from Moonlight Events, take our final site photos using a drone.

24th July 2020 | Update
New Project! Robinson Dean Construction are super excited to be starting on a new project for our client in Town Green, Aughton. This new development comprises of four, 4 bedroom executive detached homes, located on Town Green Lane behind the famous Huyton Butchers.
This week we have been working on clearing and setting up the site, with fencing supplied by First Fence Ltd. We have just begun to excavate the ground ready for the footings to be marked out.

29th July 2020 | Update
The detached garage on our site in Town Green, Aughton has now been demolished. We have now begun to dig the footings for plot number 1, ready to move on to the 3 remaining plots.

26th August 2020 | Update
Using our laser level from 'Laser Levels Online', our site team marked out the plot ready for the ground works team to begin digging out.
Once this was completed along with checks from building control, concreting began on the footings of plot 1, followed by plot 2.

14th September 2020
The plots were prepped and ready for the block & beam floor to be installed at this stage. Once this was completed, the floors were prepped with insulation and DPM (Damp Proof Membrane) before being concreted.
Face brick had also been installed at this stage and built up to damp, ready for brickwork to commence.
KSO Groundworks have been a huge help on site with the excavator! Doing a fabulous job as always!

23rd September 2020 | Update
Plot 1 Has really begun to take shape over the past week. The fantastic weather has really helped progress. The bricklayers have worked tirelessly to make the development come to life! We are using 'Hampton Rural Blend' Bricks sourced by 'Beesley and Fildes Ltd' for these properties.
The steal work for the bi-fold doors chosen by our clients on Plot 1 has been assembled and is looking fantastic!
The Scaffolding is now up and ready for the floor joists to be installed, and to help the bricklayers complete their final courses of brick.

30th September 2020 | Update
Huge progress made this week at the site. Floor joists have been installed and a fireplace in plot 1 has began to take shape! So much going on! Plot 3, 2 and 4 are making great progress and aren't far behind.

29th October 2020 | Update
Once the floor boards were fully fitted and brickwork progressed, the plots were ready for a roof.
Roof trusses were installed on plot 1 ready to be tiled and for skylights to be fitted within the coming weeks.

9th November 2020 | Update
Plot 1 Progress- The loft floor has gone down and the roof has had the felt and batons installed ready for the tiles to be added Next week.
The stood walls on the first floor have been built by the joiners ready for the fist fix electric and plumbing to be undertaken in the coming weeks.

Plot 1 Update - The plasterer has made an amazing start to the house. The curved ceiling in the attic rooms has created an amazing feature in the room.

The joiners have been hard at work this week in Plot 1! Putting the architrave and skirting boards on the freshly plastered walls. These rooms are now ready for paint!

Plot 3 Progress! These gorgeous Black windows have been installed at the front of the property!!
We also have staircases to the 1st and 2nd floor. The staircases have been handcrafted by 'The staircase company' , their craftsmanship is outstanding.

1st February 2021 | Update
Plot 1 Update! Windows have been sealed and the first coat of paint has been completed inside.
The porch roof is starting to take shape now, the roof is now ready for the felt and tiles to match the roof!
We also had a furry visitor to site today! We think he approves of the progress made in his new home! Especially the 2 staircases that were fun to run up and down!

8th February 2021 | Update
Plot 2 Progress... Last week the team of joiners completed the installation of the roof trusses and they then worked tirelessly to get the felt and batons on ready for the roof tiles.
Our team will have this roof up in no time! It's been extremely handy to have the 'JCB Telehandler' on site to get equipment and resources onto the roof safely and quickly. 'A1 Plant Hire' have been fantastic to work with. They have made sure we have the all the machinery we need on site.

8th February, 2021 | Update
Plot 3 Update... The property's porch is coming along nicely, our supplier 'The Glass Man' has provided high quality windows and glass for all of our plots on the development site.
Rooms are prepped and ready for the plasterer to start! First fix electrics by 'A C Electricals' and first fix plumbing by 'MP Plumbing and Heating Solutions Ltd' have been completed.

Plot 4 update... The bricklayers have been working hard to get this property up so the joiners can begin their work on installing the roof trusses. The scaffolding team from 'CLEAR Scaffolding Solutions Ltd' have been incredible with their ability to assemble the scaffolding so efficiently when we have needed it on each plot.

19th February 21 | Update
All 4 properties have made huge amounts of progress recently! And so has the groundworks on site too! We have had our team of groundworkers on site making sure the ground is cleared ready to start digging for the services to be installed..
Windows on plots 1 and 3 have been installed and plot 2 and 4 are all prepped and ready for their window installations in the coming weeks.

February/ March 2021 | Update
PLOT 1
Plot 1 has drastic changes this month with the painters making a start of transforming the house into a beautiful new home for our clients. The front living room has also had the hearth laid ready for the multi fuel burner to be installed and kitchen/hallway tiles have started to go down. The property's bathrooms have started to take shape and are ready for their second fix plumbing.

Our team have been working hard to get the outside areas looking smart and finished for our clients.
We have used Indian Stone to create a patio area in front of the properties' Bi-Fold doors and a path that leads to the front of the houses.
This choice of stone has made the houses' outdoor areas look fantastic. The stone is durable and will cope with the ever changing British weather!

PLOT 1
The joiners have made huge progress in Plot 1. The Kitchen has been built and doors have been hung. The electricians have been working hard to make sure our clients ideas are brought to life at the property with LED lighting in the dressing room and under cabinet lighting in the kitchen.

Plot 3 has been prepped ready for the painters to work their magic to transform this space into a lovely family home. The joiners have worked extremely hard to complete all the woodwork tasks in time for the next phase of the build.

21st May 2021 | Update
And just like that we have a road and driveway!
If only it were that simple. The huge amount of hard work by our contractors hasn't gone un-noticed to transform this building site into a fantastic new cul-de-sac.
Our groundworks team from KSO Groundworks have worked with our external service providers to ensure all the appropriate service ducting and drainage has been supplied to each property before the tar-mac has gone down.

Plot 4 has really come along over the past week. The plasterer has finished his work in here and the joiners have taken over to install the architraves and skirting boards, along with the spindles and handle rails on the stairs.

7th June 2021 | Update
A day on site can change from one minute to the next. One minute you're able to capture a photo of the first layer of tar-mac and freshly laid turf and the next minute you look out of a window and there's no room to move for the amount of trades we have on site!
We have been very lucky to work with such highly skilled tradesmen on this project. Their work has been outstanding so far.

30th June 2021 | Update
Chrome, Chrome and more Chrome! We love the finishing touches to Plot 2 this week. Our lovely pre-finished wooden internal doors have been hung and we just love the brushed chrome handles that have been installed.
Topps Tiles have been fantastic in supplying us with our tiles for all 4 properties and our contractor tiler has done a great job laying them in the bathrooms. The joiners will be back to make the finishing touches before our painters come back for the final coat of paint in the house.

6th July 2021 | Update
Plot 3 is complete! The trades have put away their tools and this property has been transformed into a beautiful new family home. We are delighted with the outcome here and we cannot wait for the new owners to make it their own.

It's official, after YEARS (Yes... years) of communication with the council we finally got the go ahead to complete the final stage of our development. The 278 Works.
This is a lengthy process but we have finally got there and it is now complete and the road entrance looks fantastic!
