Our new project located in Ormskirk, Lancashire will involve the construction of a brand new triple garage at the front of the property, including alterations to the existing porch and ground floor.

Our triple garage build is now complete with garage doors installed. A huge transformation for the front of this house.
The purpose of this build was to provide the customer with additional space by removing the old porch and integrating a new one into the new triple garage which was extended on the front of the property.

16th July 2020 | Update
The construction of a brand new triple garage and ground floor alterations has begun in Ormskirk this week.
The existing porch has been removed and the groundwork has begun in preparation for the foundations! It is well under way! More updates to follow.

22nd July 2020 | Update
The brickwork has been completed on our triple garage project in Ormskirk. We are now ready for the roof to be installed taking us to the halfway point of project completion.

31st July 2020 | Update
The roof trusses were installed on-site today after being delivered by our supplier, Pasquill Roof Trusses. Our team installed temporary braces while the roof trusses were aligned. Once they were all in place, permanent braces were installed.

5th August 2020 | Update
After the roof trusses were installed last week, it has now been felt battened and tiled. The fascias, soffits and gutters have now also been fitted!
The site is now ready for the ground workers to begin on the driveway.

12th August 2020 | Update
Our Triple Garage build is almost complete!
Our groundworks team, KSO Groundworks Ltd, have done an amazing job completing the driveway.
They dug out the old driveway and prepared the base with a layer of hardcore and then applied a base coat of tarmac before the top layer of tarmac was added.
