Follow this renovation journey as we bring this tired 2 bed bungalow back to life with a contemporary look. This project was a fantastic project to work on, our team worked extremely hard to put this together in such a short space of time.
What an unbelievable transformation. We are incredibly proud of this project, we have brought the property into the 21st century and we couldn't be happier with it.
Robinson Dean Construction would like to thank all the sub-contractors and consultants involved with the renovation process and our team are ready for the next project thats currently underway!

April 2023 | Update
Before we start to rip the house apart to see the damage under the plaster and carpet, we completed a 'walk through', these are used to make an initial plan of action and what the team is wanting to achieve with the property by the end of the job.
The property had been loved for many years, but very little maintenance had been carried out for a very long time, which means we have our work cut out!
It doesn't take long to pull a property apart, the hard work starts now... Putting it back together!! And creating a wonderful warm and inviting home.
May 2023 | Update
The original rear extension on the property was deemed unsafe, so we got to work on taking it down, ready for fresh foundations and a new flat roofed kitchen extension.
The foundation trenches were dug for the new bathroom at the front of the bungalow (the old porch) and the rear kitchen extension.
The trenches were then filled with concrete and are now ready for the brickwork to begin!
15th May, 2023 | Update
the wall for the new kitchen diner has been opened up and the brickwork up to DPC has been completed. The suspended timber flooring for the majority of the house and the new extention have started to take shape.
May 2023 | Update
The suspended timber floor is finished and the extension to the front of the bungalow is now built and ready for a roof. We install our flat roofs in house. our team are Cure It approved installers for GRP fibre glass flat roofs.
Nothing better than a before and after photo. We wanted to make sure this property looked as good from the outside as it will from the inside.
Freshly laid tarmac really makes the property come to life. We are so pleased with the exterior of the property. From the brick detailing around the tarmac, to the soft glow of the up-down lighting, this bungalow has been a pleasure to work on and will make for a prefect home for someone.
We are really pleased with how the bathroom has turned out.
Initially we were unsure whether we would be able to squeeze a bath into this bathroom, but we are so glad we figured out a way to make it work, because... wow it looks brilliant.
Slick, chrome detailing, light up, anti-fog mirror and large free standing bath, really makes the the room scream sophistication and tranquility.
This kitchen is utterly breathtaking, when you consider what we started with, the room is now a spacious and inviting space for family and friends to enjoy together. With the large patio doors, 2 sets of windows and dove grey kitchen units, the room is light and airy and yet it still feels cosy and homely.
We chose a neutral/natural colour pallet for this room. We wanted the room to bring the outdoors in with the green feature wall. The wood effect flooring helps to add to this feel. The Grey kitchen units are a neutral colour with the hopes that any prospective buyer can walk in and envisage their belongings fitting in with this house colour scheme.
This small but spacious home is complete, we are over the moon with how its turned out, the contrasting black fixings and off white render makes the property stand out so effortlessly on the road.
We decided that the property's garden needed some much needed attention, the fence panels were damaged and mix-matched. The foliage was overgrown and made the garden feel very small and uninviting. We installed a new feather edged fence, indian stone patio and wooden decking to create a beautiful link between property and garden.
